So I created this program to help people that want to learn calisthenics, but also keep up with their weightlifting. I’ve been getting a lot of questions over the years regarding how I started calisthenics and now I wish to spread this knowledge to you. Calisthenics took my physique to the next level, and it has made me stronger in turn. Calisthenics brings you the type of strength that allows one to even do handstands at 262 pounds. This curated plan is the foundation of how I learned calisthenics. It will include fundamentals as well as more advanced calisthenics movements.
This plan is designed for people who are more advanced in their weightlifting, but also seek to become stronger in all aspects. As you all know, sometimes weightlifting can be a little boring, and so the reason that I even started doing calisthenics was because I was interested in the crazy movements. Calisthenics is very hard and you may or may not get it on your first try. In fact I’ve been doing handstands for three years and I still struggle to this day but that’s what makes calisthenics so fun.
In order to succeed in this kind of workout plan, you need to train like Goku. You essentially need to do the movements until you simply get it. That is how I have trained calisthenics now it may be a more rigorous training method, but for me it works this plan does give you a foundation on how to do things, but it will not teach you willpower in order for you to be great at calisthenics you must push yourself you will fail a lot, but that’s OK. As long as you’re trying that’s all that matters now it is time to learn.
2022
This is the pinnacle of all of my hard work that I had done over 4 years this is to remind you that anything is possible and that as long as you stay committed to your goals you can achieve anything. This should also give you the idea that if you stray from the path, you can also gain the weight all back even faster than you lost it
2024
This is the stage where you need to learn discipline and you need to be able to control your eating habits. You need to stop comparing yourself to others and you must find comfort within yourself. There is no one competing against you but yourself so make sure that you stay positive you stay motivated and you stay hungry
2025
The last stage of this journey is who I am today. This stage is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things. Constantly competing with who you were yesterday. This is an important mindset that one will have developed in the first two stages. This mindset will not only help you achieve new limits but will keep you hungry for more.

Hi, my name is Shamar and I am a personal trainer/content creator. I have been a trainer for 4 years and I am ready to expand my knowledge to the virtual world.
