4 Week Program

So I created this program to allow people to lose a lot of weight. I understand what its like to be a big boy, and I know the everyday struggles that a lot of us deal with. It can take a lot to get motivated. And seeing those stretch marks, and looking at myself everyday hoping one day my body will just... change.

As someone who was used to being labeled “a big boy”, I understand a lot of the daily struggles that come with it. I formulated weekly work-out splits that allowed me to lose weight effectively and I wanted to be able to share that with you.

Looking back, not a day went by where I did not see the stretch marks and the excess body weight I wanted to shed. It can take a lot to feel motivated and it gets to the point where you just look at your body hoping for ...change

However, days turned into weeks and that change never came naturally. So, that is when I decided it was time for me to make the change I craved so hard. I want to be able to share the knowledge and help aid others in becoming the best versions of themselves.

And now, it is YOUR TURN FOR CHANGE!

But, here's the problem

A lot of these programs are designed by people that are already in better shape than most of us. The programs can get very confusing and very overwhelming QUICK.

So, here is my exact regime that adapts to the level of experience you have in the gym and will help YOU become the best version of yourself. It is now the time for CHANGE.







2022

This is the pinnacle of all of my hard work that I had done over 4 years this is to remind you that anything is possible and that as long as you stay committed to your goals you can achieve anything. This should also give you the idea that if you stray from the path, you can also gain the weight all back even faster than you lost it

2024

This is the stage where you need to learn discipline and you need to be able to control your eating habits. You need to stop comparing yourself to others and you must find comfort within yourself. There is no one competing against you but yourself so make sure that you stay positive you stay motivated and you stay hungry

2025

The last stage of this journey is who I am today. This stage is all about stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things. Constantly competing with who you were yesterday. This is an important mindset that one will have developed in the first two stages. This mindset will not help you achieve new limits, but will keep you hungry for more.

From an early age, Shamar was always on the heavier side. He wanted nothing more than to be as skinny as the other kids. He always had issues with his weight and he finally decided to make a change.

He now wants to spread his knowledge to you and help you be the best version of yourself that you have always been.

Hi, my name is Shamar and I am a personal trainer/content creator. I have been a trainer for 4 years, and I am ready to expand my knowledge to the virtual world. I have trained about 40 total clients during my time as a trainer at LA Fitness. My next mission as a person and trainer is to get you the body you’ve always wanted.

The Plan


I devised this regimen for not only me to lose weight but in order for everyone to lose weight. I set it up in way to not only workout efficiently but also diet effectively. Not only will one lose weight but will also become healthier in the process.

I have based this regime off of everything I have learned; finishing my certification, to being trained by a trainer, as well as finishing my bachelors in kinesiology. And will now be sharing this plan for you to have.
